August 26, 2010 – S.H. Smith & Company’s Educational Practice Group has expanded its product offerings by adding a Private & Charter Schools Premises Pollution Liability Insurance Program.

Classes are targeted toward domestic and charter private schools, grades K-12. Coverage features include Coverage A-new pollution conditions and Coverage B-pollution conditions from covered operations. Blanket NODS, TPL and Business Interruption Coverages also available.
