At a small farm in Western Connecticut that has been hosting a haunted house and hayride for decades, one such unexpected accident occurred. One of the role players involved with the hayride was tasked with jumping out from the hayfield as the hayride passed by in an attempt to scare the passengers. As the role-player prepared to jump out and scare the hayride passengers, he slipped on the wet grass and was subsequently run-over by the tractor and the wagon being pulled by the tractor.
